Owala captured the core of Glinda through the color palette that was used for her bottle. The powder pink cap, straw, and raised geometric design are reminiscent of Glinda, played by Ariana Grande, wearing her iconic baby pink bubble dress for Wicked, along with many of her other pink costumes she wore as a student at Shiz University and visiting the Emerald City. The periwinkle color on the handle and seen throughout the body of the bottle are reminiscent of the look of Glinda in her lavender bubble dress in Wicked For Good.
In both films, Glinda rides down in her iridescent bubble, and those elements of high shine and the color way seen in a soap bubble are reflected in the pearlescent finish that can be seen on the Owala bottle when you shine a light on it.
Inside each rhombus on the bottle are the letters “G” for Glinda written in a cursive font, which makes it feel very playful yet timeless and classic.
