If you’ve been scrolling down your for you page on TikTok then you’ve likely seen the latest viral beauty trend ‘Latte Makeup”. Hailey Beiber recently showcased her step-by-step tutorial on how she achieves latte makeup. The internet was taken by storm with several creators recreating this look including me. I decided I was going to create my own version of latte makeup using Armani Beauty products.
What is Latte Makeup?
So what exactly is latte makeup? This is a beauty trend where you use different shades of browns and nudes to achieve a golden summer bronzed look. You can use a brown eyeshadow, nude lipstick, bronzer, and so much more to get the perfect latte makeup look. It’s all about having a dewy sunkissed aesthetic once you set and finish your face. For my look, I used the Armani Eye Tint in shade 36M Leather with the award-winning Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 13, and the new Luminous Silk Glow Bronzing Drops in shade 110.
You want to start with good skin prep like a hydrating moisturizer or primer. I use the Glow Recipe Watermelon Dew Drops for my base. Then, you can go in and carve out your eyebrows using a brow dip or pencil. I use the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz pencil in the shade Ebony. Next, go in with concealer to frame and shape your eyebrows. I use my Tarte concealer for this step.
Then, I go in with my first Armani Beauty product the Eye Tint in shade 36M Leather this is a rich brown espresso color and a great base for the eyelids. I apply a small amount and blend it out with my Sephora shadow brush. Once that’s applied, I go in with the Armani Luminous Silk Foundation in shade 13, which is their deep neutral shade.
Step-By-Step Tutorial
For the eyeshadow, you can layer the brown and caramel colors to give a monochromatic look. The shade Leather creates a perfect standalone color for latte makeup. Then, I go in with my Tarte concealer in shade 53N to conceal my under eyes. I grab my damp Beautyblender and blend the formula out. Next, I go in with my third Armani Beauty product which is the new Luminous Bronzing Drops in shade 110. This is where you apply a generous amount of bronzer to get the warm coffee look.
After that, I go in with an orange blush from Sephora, I use the shade Hot Flush. Once I apply my blush, I put on my favorite Ardell Wispies lashes. Finally, I apply my brown matte gloss from my own beauty line Wright Beauty, and set it with the Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Setting Spray. If you desire a lighter makeup look go in with a skin tint and use a liquid or cream bronzer to add warmth to the face.
Armani Eye Shadow Tint
When it comes to the latte makeup trend, I knew I had to collaborate with the Armani team and test out some of their complexion products. The first Armani Beauty item I’m using is the Eye Tint in shade 36M Leather, which is a deep chocolate color perfect for my complexion. The liquid formula is easy to apply giving you ample time to play with it and blend it out. I would definitely recommend these for beginners using makeup because it gives a nice, natural finish and it’s buildable.

The packaging for this shadow feels very premium with the Armani logo perched on top of the cap and the formula encapsulated in a glass bottle. When it comes to this tint a little goes a long way and one application will be enough to give a flush of color to the eyelids. This is not super-pigmented but gives a soft natural look once blended out. Plus, this is perfect to take on the go when traveling.
The Award-Winning Armani Luminous Silk Foundation
Now, I have always heard beauty enthusiasts rave about this foundation but never had the chance to try it until now. I absolutely see why the Armani Luminous Silk Foundation was given an award by Allure magazine. I tried shade 13 which is considered their deep, neutral shade and I must say this formula feels super lightweight on the skin. You only need one or two pumps of this foundation to give you ample coverage. Once applied it gives a gorgeous, natural satin finish on the face.

This medium-coverage foundation is also great for dry skin because of how hydrating this formula is. It feels like a second skin and the color match is spot on. The packaging also feels and looks luxurious with the foundation being held in a beautiful frosted glass bottle with a black pump on top. This comes in a total of 40 different shades which is pretty standard in the beauty world. I highly recommend this foundation and I’ve added this to my holy grail list. I must say this foundation is worth every penny.
The New Armani Liquid Bronzing Drops
Finally, the last Armani Beauty product I tested out is the new Luminous Silk Liquid Glow Bronzer in shade 110 which is their deepest shade. This comes in a total of three different shades ranging from light to deepest. This is definitely on trend with beauty brands creating these bronzing drops. This became especially popular after Alix Earle made the Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi drops go viral. This bronzer is more of a serum texture and with this, a little goes a long way. You only need a few drops along the cheeks and forehead and it’s easy to blend out. The liquid formula gives you ample time to play with it before drying down.
Overall, Armani Beauty has nailed it when it comes to these complexion products. These items can easily become a staple in your makeup collection, especially the foundation.
